Title: IP Manager

The IP Manager needs the following:

1. Choose the interface you want to add the IP to
2. Mark IPs that are not available for hosting (e.g. private internal network IPs used for internal Comms)

i done that long time before CWP add IP Manager.
iI think that its need add possiblity to assign that ip per network interface. If you have few, how it will work ? I guest that not like expected/needed.
