Title: Unable to create sub domain; WARNING! "already exist in database"

Hello,

Cronology:
(1) I used to create an account "account1" with domain "sample-account1.com"
(2) Cause I have a problem, can not solve, I try to delete the account,
(3) then I create again with "account2" and rebuild virtualhost

Problem:
When I was going to create sub domain "subdomain.sample-account.com" shows error message like this:
WARNING! SubDomain subdomain.sample-account.com already exists in database!

Anybody know the issue?

Hi, check virtual hosts file (/usr/local/apache/conf.d/vhosts.conf)

Check duplicate entries (you domain you are planning to add in) in your vhost file
