Title: Unable to delete or rename database

When using the root or user webpanel, unable to delete or rename database created for a user.

I am not seeing any errors. Is there any error log where I can check this ?

I just try to create/delete the database in the user panel no issues so far. What version of CWP is currently running on a server?
