Unable to login to user panel on port 2083, but admin works

Hi,

I am unable to login to the user panel, once I input the username and password, it says Successfully logged in, but redirects again to the login screen. this is a fresh install of CWP.

I have run the commands below commands, but nothingg works

sh /scripts/cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf &
sh /scripts/update_cwp

please advice

I deled the user and created a new user and it works now.
