Title: User Recover password link not valid error

I've noticed user control panel recover password is not working, received Change account password link is not valid and facing below error:

Invalid Link
You have reached an invalid or expired link.
If you think this is an error please contact server's admin

Could you please how can I solve this issue?

It is very sure that this has to do with the time change and not restarting the cwp services
