Title: Users are unable to access there accounts
Post by: Dbetts22 on April 07, 2019, 05:03:53 PM
Sorry if this is the wrong area, but my users are contacting me now that when they try to log into their account they receive the following error:
is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
I have also tried it and receive the same error.

The url is http://xxxx.com:2082
Have tried it with https://
Still receive the same error
I have looked at the apache error logs and don't see ant errors for logins.

I have tried to fox permissions on all users still same error.

What's up?

Hello,

For security reasons, CWP is enforcing https to both CWP admind and user panel.
So for admin panel, its will be https://xxxx:2031 and for user panel, https://xxxx:2083

Lets know if you still have issues
