users can not login

Hey users can not login, I spend 5 hours to figure out why but could not

User control panel does not work.  I have a server admin that will be able to resolve this but I hate to ask him
for this small stupid request.

People should be able to login

Now the one that was on default package works but two others that are not on default package
one takes me to

https://127.0.0.1:2302/v1/last_access

and the other gives me

502 Bad Gateway

I will try to dig and dig and fine out what characteristics these account have but surely this is taking my whole day
