web panel gui not accessible

everything was working fine for months and now suddenly the web panel gui is loading empty page

1. when i visit :2030 and :2031 it just displays empty page

i tried to check log files but nothing displayed related to this

i can connect to cwp using SSH ..it works fine there .

what are the steps i can use to resolve this issue ?
i tried to reinstall but it shows cwp already exists so no changes made ..
