Title: Webpanel theme

I have some problem:
1) The buttons on the image don't work, why?

1. if there is any content that button needs to display it will be active
2. no that is only for old versions 0.1 - 0.7

ok, but if i click on the settings button nothing appear! So I can't change the senttings??

That's a very old theme, It wouldn't work now as many features have been updated and added since then
