WebPanel wont load \ showing only sidebar

Hello guys,
Im using CWP over a year, its great!

Since yesterday im having strange issue,

When i login the webpanel it dosent load it fully, it show like that, cant use and option on the sidebar
Tried to use other browsers even other PC.

Have someone known with this issue?
