Title: Why I get "User root Invalid" when trying to log in?

Hello,
I have an issue, I can't log in to CWP using root user, all the other users works perfect.
It says "User root Invalid", but I can log via SSH normally using root.
Yesterday expired a let's encrypt cert, and I need to access as Root I gues to update the cert.
Can you help me please?

Port :2030  for root access
Port :2082  for clients access
