## 30 SUPPORT TICKETS IGNORED – PAID LICENSE STILL NOT ACTIVATED
I am posting this publicly because I have reached a point where the lack of support from Control Web Panel is completely unacceptable.
I have submitted approximately **30 support tickets** regarding the same urgent issue, and I have received **no effective response or solution**.
This is not a minor inconvenience.
I operate production servers with real customers who depend on these services. When a paid license or critical service stops working, I expect at the very least a reasonable response from the company providing the service.
In my case, the license was supposed to expire on **September 23**. I had already paid for the renewal in **August**, well before the expiration date. Despite that, the license became inactive.
Because I urgently needed the service restored, **I paid again today**.
And the license is STILL not activated.
So at this point I have:
* Paid for the license before its expiration.
* Paid for the license again today.
* Opened approximately 30 support tickets.
* Received no meaningful response.
* Been left with customers depending on a server affected by this situation.
This is simply not acceptable for a company providing software used on production hosting servers.
I am not asking for a favor.
**I am asking for a service that has already been paid for.**
I am also posting this as a warning to other hosting providers and CWP users:
If your business depends on CWP and you expect timely assistance when a critical licensing or production issue occurs, you should seriously consider the experience I am describing here before relying on their support.
I have been patient. I have opened tickets. I have paid. I have tried every reasonable channel available to me.
What else is a paying customer supposed to do to receive support?
I request that someone from CWP finally review this case, activate the license I have already paid for, and provide an explanation for what has happened.
This situation needs to be resolved immediately.
