block mysql remote server

Hello everyone. use a mariadb cluster. and I always use the server ip instead of localhost. This ip is on the CSF white list, and also has port 3306 open.
Within a few minutes or hours CSF blocks access to this ip. I restart the CSF and it works again.

What can be?
