Server Blocking Valid IP's

Good morning,

I have a dedicated cwp server that keeps blocking my IP address.

I have 2 internet connections and the second I connect my laptop to the internet, the server block my IP.

I have switched off the connections to change the dynamic IP but exacly the same happens. Even when my IP changes.

I have no browsers or mail programs open when this happens. No connection to the server.

Can someone please help?

I am not very experienced on servers and still learning.

check LFD logs why you get blocked, most common reasons are failed SMTP/POP3/IMAP login or Mod_Security
/var/log/lfd.log
