CWP API CWP (user_session) doesn't return a session to redirect the user

Hello,
I'm using the CWP7 api to create session for user from my website to directly open the user panel area. But when I use the user_session method and pass it the module name from the api, it returns an URL without the session ID created. Please how to get the session ID so I can redirect the user.

I have opened port 2304 in both servers (WHMCS outgoing server & CWP incoming server). TCP_IN and TCP_OUT on both servers. No luck. Getting following error:

Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
