CWP API WISECP

i am having issues WISECP.

when a customer purchases a hosting package, and signups and pays, it shows it went through on client side.

Admin side when i click on Approve Order, it tills me, their is already a domain or account with that name.

if i go into the order and check Toggle off to APPLY TO API, and approve order it goes through no issue.

but it wont let me add nor how the user name and password.

webmail button also no works.

I'm using WiseCp  ... I don't understand your problem? can you send screens? did you open a ticket to WiseCp?
