What is core.xxx in API

Hello Everyone ,
As I noticed I have 6GB core.xxxx
On /usr/local/cwpsrv/var/services/api/v1

can You tell me what is this . and can I delete all ?
Is it come error if I delete ?

I also have something like this on several cwp pro servers, but at DNS Functions-List DNS Zone - and core.29769 appears, which I can't edit, I opened a ticket without solving it, a few months passed and nothing , maybe someone knows what it's about ...

The core files are dump files created by the system when scripts crash.  The core dump files are used to investigate why the scripts finished abnormally. It is safe to remove the core.xxx files.
