I'm getting error when trying to enter a DKIM record...

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /src/record.php on this server.

Any help please?

It is possible if you have locked filesystem or changed permissions.

I just ran into this problem.

As far as I know the system is not locked.

How do I enter a DKIM record?

Afaik, If CWP also used as dns server, no need to enter DKIM, just use DKIM manager to enable/dsable DKIM.
