Title: Can't reset password using the Forgot Password Option

I am trying to reset my password from the login screen on the freedns.centos-webpanel.com/login.php using the Forgot Password Option as for some reasons my old password doesn't work.
Once I click on the forgot password the resetpassword page has this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bad_records() in /home/freednsw/public_html/resetpassword.php on line 275 (https://freedns.centos-webpanel.com/resetpassword.php)

Is there any other way to reset you password?

This is highly unusual that a basic functionality like password reset to be broken. Anyone else experiencing this issue? :(
