hello!
I'm using freedns
but I can not send or receive emails.
This is my configuration in freedns:
Zone: cancunweb.net
Serial: 2018012000
Refresh: 28800 Retry: 7200
Expire: 1209600 TTL: 86400
NS1: ns1.centos-webpanel.com
NS2: ns2.centos-webpanel.com
Host Type Destination
@ A 74.208.239.54
@ MX 10 mail.cancunweb.net
mail A 74.208.239.54
www CNAME @
I check on http://leafdns.com
and show 39 ok, 1 warning, 0 failures.
When I check dns on CPW show this:
rDNS/PTR record check: FAILED
rDNS/PTR = tucan.cybermaya.net
rDNS A record = 74.208.239.54
the rDNS was created previosly with the ISP.
What it's wrong?

Your SMTP server is not availiable from internet
use https://mxtoolbox.com for different tests

Did you try rebuilding the mail server? Your reverse dns zone look up is not set properly. Lastly, be sure your PTR record set by the ISP are for your actual hostname and not your virtual host.
