Title: rDNS/PTR FAILED but it resolves to some adress

Hi, I am using cwp 6.
The problem is, i cannot send email i think it is about the rdns settings as TrustedHosts, KeyTable, v=DKIM1, v=spf1 all ticked and green

On change host page, it is written,

• Your Hostname is: host1.ertemyazici.com and it resolves to IP: 107.173.134.93 [Check Black List] [Check CWP SSL] [Check WebServers SSL]
• rDNS/PTR = 107-173-134-93-host.colocrossing.com FAILED [Check SenderBase]

On my vps panel, hostaname is set to same one with cwp.
As, well I have A records on domain dns records.

What could be missing?

Ask your service provider to set PTR/rDNS

They might have given you the option in control panel also (Not inside CWP)

I agree with the person above. Also, something you will face after fixing the PTR record is your SPF and DMARC records.
