Reseller cannot access NAMESERVERS tab

Everything is working fine with CWP installation on linux VPS.
While a user is assigned as reseller, this reseller while logged in to user control panel and then to reseller module. All other settings are working fine except setting of NAMESERVERS. This never opens and only rotating image.

May you please suggest the reason and solution to rectify this?

you need to check the logs or contact cwp supprot

Apparently some of the reseller configuration files are corrupted, please try to delete /home/USER/.conf/reseller/nameserver.json and try to enter the revernder module again
