dear all
i try to add PTR record but with no success
i have more than domain in my cwp 6
if i have zone call
ahmed.aly.com   A record to 1.2.3.4  ip address
how to add the PTR record

and what should i add in highlighted fields

Hi. Just ask the server provider set the record.
