good afternoon,
I'm new to the forum, so forgive me.
I have problem, when user tries to edit a DNS zone of type PRT only shows the first 2 characters of IP.

Assuming you mean PTR..
Setting the PTR/rDNS at VPS level has little, if any effect. You need to contact your hosting provider, to make the changes.
Try leafdns.com to test whether your provider has updated it.

yes, PTR / rDNS was wrong.
My carrier allows us to manage my PTR, so if I create a zone for myself to manage. Today I do this manually, I would like to put CWP to manage.

You can try to configure PTR in your DNS system, but better your ISP/server provider do changing
