120 days later and named.ca still points to 103.224.182.216.
For all your information today I've put in the IP in Chrome and was rerouted to a Domainparking website ( The one with PAID ads).
Hell no! already bought for the PRO version and don't make money on me in this sneaky way!
CWP: deny ''103.224.182.0/23'' (any protocol, direction or port) That will solve the issue in a BIG way! (yes, I know).
Australia is not my target audience.

If you don't understand DNS, your in trouble. named.ca is the file for the root server lookups. Why it even tries to resolv is beyond me, bu the actual domain "named.ca" is hosted on a parked website. You can block it, but there is nothing sneaky about it.

So I was the idiot and actually deleted these. Now none of my websites resolve. I am not a dns guru, How can I restore/recover/rebuild appropriate DNS files.
