Title: CNAME entry does not work

Hello, I created CNAME entry in DNS but it does not work, it follows how it was created.

pedidos.domain.com.br      0      IN      CNAME      pedidos.domain2.com.br

What could I have forgotten?

There should be a . (dot) at end of desitination like given below

pedidos.domain.com.br      0      IN      CNAME      pedidos.domain2.com.br.

I did so but it does not work yet.
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
