Create a dns cluster

How can i implement this dns cluster on centos-webpanel? Is necessary to recreate the dns file?https://syslint.com/blog/tutorial/how-to-install-and-configure-bind-dns-cluster-in-linux/

manually add the changes to the  Bind config is the solution right now, its not in the gui.
