Any change that I make by either entering a DNS record via control panel or cwp, don't get propagated.
For example, I just added the dmarc record below via cpanel and it is in the /var/named/testaisso.com.br.db file:
v=DMARC1;p=none;pct=100;ri=86400;fo=1;
But when I check the record using https://easydmarc.com/tools/dmarc-lookup?domain=testaisso.com.br
I get v=DMARC1
Already waited many days. The domain is not on cloudflare. Why are the changes not getting propagated?

And these nameservers are under your control and have the records you are trying to propagate?
nserver: dns6156.dizinc.com
nserver: dns6157.dizinc.com

These nameservers are from my hosting company. they provided them. i have no control over them. can this be the issue?

Those are the nameservers listed for your domain (with your registrar). You need to be able to add entries to your DNS -- whether from their control panel or otherwise. Putting them into CWP is of little use if that isn't the authoritative DNS for your domain -- nothing consults it! Personally, I use Cloudflare because it is far more resilient for infrastructure use.

I agree with @overseer, just use Cloudflare.
You also get the advantage of PROXY service for free to help mitigate attacks.

Thanks. I use cloudflare for some other projects already and works well. I might have to try it with this one to have full control of the dnsses.
