Title: DNS Zone Editor in end user panel - access to main domain records?!

CWPpro version: 0.9.8.436

What is the logic behind grating the end users in their panel access to the DNS records of the main (root) domain? The control of the those records belongs solely to the root and there should be no way for the end user to mess with those records, or not?
If at all then there could be an option to grant access in the root panel (like their is for the shell, which for security reasons is disabled by default)
