Title: Domain setup CWPPro + VPS

Hello,
i have problems with setting up my domain, so plz if someone can help i that would be awsome. Few questions :)

Lets start:
Where should i point my domain (namecheap register)? Directly to server IP or what should i use?
What should my DNS look like?

At namecheap you add the IP address of your VPS.
If you point the CWP nameservers to namecheap, then you need to replicate server (VPS) generated DNS records at namecheap eg. DKIM/SPF/CNAME.

(I foresee many basic questions.  :-\ )

So if i understand you corectly i dont need tu use http://freedns.centos-webpanel.com/ because now i use it. my domain in namecheap is pointed to

ns1.centos-webpanel.com
ns2.centos-webpanel.com
ns3.centos-webpanel.com
ns4.centos-webpanel.com

and i have dns records under free dns manager pointed to my ip for @ www mail.

You asked about namecheap, not CWP's DNS. I'll leave that to the moderators to explain the poor leafdns report. ;)
You choose which DNS provider to use - there are many and namecheap ones are fine, in my experience.
You have waited up to 48hrs since setting up?
