Title: I can not access the site through the domain

Hi, I have a vps, with several websites, most are already online, except one, which still does not work with their respective domain.
In the vps, I have only stored the sites, the dns are in Godaddy.
As additional information, if I ping a domain.com it works, but if I do it to www.domain.com, no.
Any idea where I can check this topic?

check the Apache error log for more information

/usr/local/apache/logs/

I can not find an error that refers to the www. problem.
Any other idea where I can check it?
