DNS Problems

I was trying to use custom nameservers for little bit then I decide to just to use Free DNS Manager.I set the nameservers to ns1.centos-webpanel.com and ns2.centos-webpanel.com. Then I went into Free DNS Manager and added my domain. Now every time I try to start my DNS server I get this error message. It something to do with my old nameservers.. Do I need to wait 24 hours or something?
