Title: Problem when add new record.

When I am adding an new DNS record look like this: https://i62.servimg.com/u/f62/17/31/96/85/screen11.jpg
And after restart the page look like this: https://i62.servimg.com/u/f62/17/31/96/85/screen12.jpg record is gone.

How can i solve the problem?
