CNAME Record is not working for Free SSL Verification

I am trying to get a Free SSL certificate for one of my subdomain which needs to verify the ownership of my domain. As per their requirement I have added a CNAME record in my Free DNS Panel as following

Host: _5AC0902B34E49E7552039CA689386277.billing.kgdcl.gov.bd
Type: CNAME
Destination: SOME VALUE

but when I am trying to verify it fails to get the CNAME record. I did tested in nslookup and it also don't show any CNAME record. Can anyone please help me regarding this issue?
