cpanel vs cwp dns zones question

IN cpanel I look and see all enteries is in only one  domain.db

but in cwp I see many domain.db for each entry

for example in cwp I can see
ns1.mydomain.com.db
ns2.mydomain.com.db 
etc

How ever in cpanel every thing is inside the domain.db

This is confusing for a week still I can't configure my site but for 15 years I configured hundreds of sites in no time
in cpanel   even though I am not a server admin

Please help or can any body send a screenshot of a health dns when you use your own domain name servers?

I have the same problem as you, have you been able to solve it?

only main domain has multiple db files as in case you delete that domain from the server nameserver should still work.
