Undefined offset

In the DNS Zone Editor at
http://IPADDRESS:2030/index.php?module=zone_editor&file=/var/named/mydomain.com.db
I get the following error message:
Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/modules/zone_editor.php on line 0
What does this mean and how do I get rid of it?
Thanks.

try checking your dns zone and if something is missing in it, you can do that by comparing it with the other dns zone.
