Is it possible, to make webmail.mydomain.tld to work with myip/roundcube/

I mean, which DNS record should I do, in order when I press in my browser webmail.mydomain.tld to open the same with myip/roundube/

Also, is this possible for PHPmyAdmin? For example pma.mydomain.tld or mysql.mydomain.tld or phpmyadmin.mydomain.tld etc.

no at the current version as SECURITY (suPHP and SuExec) would block incorrect user file locations.
However, newer versions will have redirects.
