You have too many levels of symbolic links...it's stuck in a loop. I did read on cpanel forum that centos 7.7 has a problem with this https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/ups-177-service-failures-after-centos-7-7-update.659933/

If that is your version and you are on a vps, you might need to look at "Workaround 2"

Note the comment by cpanel themselves...

You have the same error in dovecot, dkim and amavisd...this is more than just a single service issue!

try the cpanel fix on dkim,amasvid, and dovecot "...the steps are applicable to any service that's failing as a result of this issue."

the issue doesnt happen on all Centos 6 and 7 systems because it depends on the system that its installed on. if yours is that particualry type of architecture, then you will almost certainly need to consider this fix.

We dont know if your architecture is the same or not...you havent specified so we have to guess on likely reasons.

this is openvz related, with the latest centos 7.7 you need to have update kernel to version 140.1.
Since this is related to openvz containers this can be done only by the server provider on the main node.

That file needs it's permissions checking. Is it writable by postfix?
