404 Not Found Error when using Nginx only server.

Hello,
I wanted to use nginx only on my server, but when I enable it, thbe roundcube url is giving 404 error. https://hostname.example.com/roundcube is showing 404 error. But When I use Appache its working fine. Please help me how do i solve this ?
