Delay in receiving email

delay in receiving emails, comes to take up to 5 hours to get our mail box.

I really liked the control panel, so before when he was not the panel, it worked perfectly smoothly, I am mulling up to stop using the CWP.

I thank anyone who can help me with this issue plaguing me for months.bosco
