DKIM and SPF Issue

Explanation of error

I always had a domain on the server, then I went ahead in postfix manager and there check only "Install DKIM & SPF:" and then clicked on "Rebuild Mail Server". The process got completed and then I "Restarted all mail services."

Then I went to "DKIM & SPF Manager" and there I choose domain and "Add DKIM" and also checked "enable SPF". When the process got completed only DKIM was added into DNS record with TTL "0". May I know why TTL? Then I checked for SPF but no record was added for it.

I manually added SPF and changed TTL for DKIM and used an email to check if they were enabled and the result was failure.

May I know what is wrong with the panel?

After manually adding spf it got detected by email providers but DKIM is not getting detected.

i read a lot in google and apparently is a rDNS issue but i dont know how to fix it.

maybe is a rDNS problem.

DKMI is not being used on email. Admin you need to fix it.

hi brijendrasial, i guess the problem is reffer to the webmail url because im sending mails from ip/webmail and server.hostname/webmail but when i use domain/webmail the mail use server.hostname to send not domain and ofcourse not get DKIM sign

ok i set the rDNS but Dkim keep failing.

i add this lines in postfix/main.cf

smtpd_milters           = inet:127.0.0.1:8891
non_smtpd_milters       = $smtpd_milters
milter_default_action   = accept

an now mail tester is 7/10 instead 9/10 but i recibe DKIM NOT valid and amil has Dkim signature

Hi, can I please ask how you "Solved it".

Every time I run the test I get back DKIM signature not found.
