Email IP issue

Hi there. i am battling with an issue regarding a company that blocked my server IP.

all our records are listed like the _dmarc, spf and domain key and on mxtoolbox we are not listed at all.

This company blocked our server ips so now no client of ours can email businesses with telkomsa.net email accounts.
Their response time to whitelist us is over a month.

Is there an easy way to change the IP that mail gets sent from on the server?
getting: refused to talk to me: 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect.

Step by step instructions will be much appreciated as i am semi new to servers.
