How can I stop all e-mail features

I use Yandex Mail and I want to stop all e-mail features. I think it maybe Postfix Mail Server and Dovecot IMAP/POP3 Server.
Is there any application or server that i can stop?

you can stop all services from the index page and disable them in the chkconfig.
