roundcube cant get mail error 550 5.1.1

centos6 c CWP, dns server records https://goo.gl/RZbTEY (select all check boxes)

if i send mail to my server from (gmail.com example):
550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User >unknown in local recipient table

How to add a DMARC record?

Add a TXT record named "_dmarc" with a value "v=DMARC1; p=none"

i add DMARC record, all the same mail cant be reply
