I want to disable all spam and AV checks and just deliver all emails that are received with no throttling etc.

What changes might I make to the postfix config to accomplish this?

Hello.

Go to CWP.admin, left menu.
Email -> Postfix manager. Uncheck all options and press "Rebuild Mail Server".
