Error creating email addresses

Trying to create a new email address with the CWP (both as an admin and from the user panel) are not working.
On the user panel side, the "Add" button changes to "Processing" and never completes.
On the admin side, the create email dialog just returns with: Failed email@domain cannot be created

CWPro version: 0.9.8.1032


Any ideas?

I didn't change anything, but the auto-update for CWP has updated to CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1035, and now I'm able to create email accounts again.
