Mail Explorer for Resellers?

Hi -

We are trying to find a way for our Resellers to use Mail Explorer but only for their sub-accounts. Since the code is encoded we cannot see what would be involved.  Anyway done anything similar that could help?

certain feature are not available for reseller. Respect the privacy of the users.

WHM/cPanel allows it through the use of Configserver Mail Manager and can be useful to diagnose email delivery problems. However, this is at root level and I assume doesn't work for Reseller.
