Roundcube hangs while sending mail

 When I want to send email , only sending message.... show and email not send and Roundcube hang!

Logs please. Look at /var/log/maillog.
As example

tail /var/log/maillog
You can export it to a txt file to copy/paste/read it by:

tail /var/log/maillog > ~/mail.log
