Not able to send email from roundcube

I am able to  receive mails  but hangs with a  "Sending message"  at the bottom of the screen when  we  try to  send the mails. The browser gets "frozen", in that we  cannot click on other items on the page, and its necessary  for us to close the browser tab or do a full page reload to escape.

hanging problem is browser specific

 But I have two cwp servers ,  I don't have any issues with another server.  Is there any solution ?
