you should try to check your hostname certificate, the best would be that you have a proper A record for your hostname and that you save that hostname again...this should give you letsencrypt ssl and all you need to do then is to rebuild mail server from cwp by using mailserver manager.

It`s not my business but just to ask why CWP don`t change from Roundcube to RainLoop?
Since I started to use CWP I started to use RainLoop also. It supports multi domains with just 2-3 clicks configuration. Got a much better UI and is easy to install as 1-2-3. This is just personal opinion and I`m just asking.
UNIX is a very simple OS, but you have to be a GENIUS to understand it ...
